Registration fees for the November 9, 2026, IAHD Transportation Convention are refundable for cancellations received in writing by October 26, 2026. Cancellations received after this date and no-shows are nonrefundable, as expenses and meal guarantees have already been committed.
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee from the same organization at no additional charge. Please notify IAHD of any cancellations or attendee substitutions as soon as possible.
IAHD reserves the right to cancel or modify the convention due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by IAHD, registration fees will be refunded.
