NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME ROAD MAINTENANCE POSITION 

Richfield Highway District #3 is accepting applications for a full-time Road Maintenance employee. 

Essential Job Duties & Physical Requirements 

• Perform road maintenance and repair 
• Operate heavy equipment 
• Operate trucks and District vehicles 
• Safely climb into and out of equipment and vehicles 
• Walk and work on uneven outdoor surfaces and terrain 
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods 
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
• Work safely around moving equipment and traffic 
• Perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions 

Schedule: Year-round position, 30 hours or more per week. Work hours may vary seasonally. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Valid driver's license 
• CDL preferred 
• Knowledge of road maintenance methods, materials, tools, and equipment preferred

Pay: Dependent on experience.
